Stacia Viscardi

Stacia Viscardi has been teaching, coaching and mentoring Agile teams for the past decade. She is best at helping people put on the “possibility glasses” in order to see and eventually realize modern knowledge work environments in which technical professionals are energized and excited about the great products they are building. She has helped companies like Cisco Systems, Martha Stewart Living, Primavera, DoubleClick, Google, Pitney Bowes, Washington Post and many, many others. Co-author of the Software Project Manager's Bridge to Agility, Stacia has taught Agile in 17 countries and is active in the ScrumAlliance as a CST and trusted community advisor. When she is not doing Agile stuff, she can be found running through various neighborhoods in Central New Jersey, training for a marathon or other long race. She sees running as analogous to helping her clients escape the legacy of scientific management: Run! Run fast! And don’t look back! Stacia loves spending time with her husband Chris and ‘fur kids' (dogs Jax and Cobi). She's giddy when her race bib numbers happen to be prime.
